Tony completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (with distinction in viticulture) and then embarked on a lifetime career in the wine industry. He started with Penfolds before joining Montana Wines in 1983 in Gisborne.
Tristan has been in the wine industry since 1998. He started out working in the vineyards with Constellation and also gained experience doing winery work for Drylands for two years before joining Yealands in 2007.
